Accessing our website
Our site is made available to different types of users including but not limited to users on the Waiting List who will have limited access to the site, as well as users or who have entered into a subscription Agreement with us.
In order to use our site you will first need register for an account through the site. On registering with our site you will have the option to either (i) join the Waiting List which will allow you limited access to our site, or (ii) complete a subscription payment/agreement with us (a “Subscription”) to allow you full access to the site and our services. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you can access the services available to you through the site.
We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase a Subscription and to access the services.
Our site is directed to businesses and sole trader residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through our site is appropriate or available in other locations. We may limit the availability of our site or any service or product described on our site to any person or geographic area at any time. If you choose to access our site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for your compliance with local laws for that country if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
Our services
The services we provide on our site are designed to connect specialist service providers and contractors to potential customers such as procurement professionals at main contractors and developers looking to procure construction services. Further details of our services are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Procurement professionals at main contractors and developers register with us via our affiliated site www.c-link.com. Please note that by using our site you consent to your details and profile being shared with users of www.c-link.com, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
As a user of our site you will login via our site but then be redirected to www.c-link.com to manage your account with us.
Your account
In order access the services available through our site you will first need register for an account through the site.
On registering with our site you will have the option to either:
(i) join the Waiting List which will allow you limited access to our site; or
(ii) or complete a subscription payment/agreement with us (each a “Subscription”) for full access to the site and our services for the term of the relevant Subscription.
Your Subscription to the site will start once we have sent you a confirmation email that your account Subscription has been created (“Start Date”) and will continue until either of us terminates it in accordance with these Terms or, when your Subscription expires or is terminated in accordance with its terms.
You warrant that you have authority to bind any business or entity on whose behalf you use our site to register for an account with us and/or purchase an account Subscription.
We ask you to ensure that all information you provide to us on registration is true and accurate, current and complete. If there are any changes to the details supplied to us it is your responsibility to inform us straight away. Changes to your registration details should be made through your account page.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application to register on our Site or any request to purchase a Subscription for any reason.
These terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
You acknowledge that in entering into this contract you do not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms or any document expressly referred to in them.
You and we agree that neither of us shall have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this contract.
You must keep your account details safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected].
Annual membership, how to pay and cancellation
If you have purchased an Annual Membership you will have full access to our site for a period of 12 months from the relevant Start Date.
We operate a direct debit payment system and you can only pay for an Annual Membership account Subscription using a debit card. We use a third party payment provider to collect payments. Annual Membership subscription payments will always be taken in advance at the beginning of the annual period.
This will be non-refundable and will auto renew on each anniversary of the Start Date, unless and until you cancel your Subscription with us by written notice to us at [email protected] at least 1 week prior to the relevant anniversary of the Start Date.
The third party payment provider will require you to accept their terms of business before any payment is made.
Strictly at our discretion, if you wish to pay outside the direct debit payment system will be required to pay a minimum of six months in advance.
Cancellation
We may terminate your account, your Subscription and right to access the services, or any part thereof at any time by contacting you if you have materially breached these terms or if you have otherwise breached our Acceptable Use Policy .
If we terminate your account Subscription and right to access our site you must stop all use of the services.
From time to time we may agree to refunds, strictly at our discretion; however, in these instances a refund can take up to one month to complete.
How you may use material on our website
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You have no intellectual property rights in or to the services or the site other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes
