Where do the enquiries come from?
Developers and Main Contractors use software created by our sister company, C-Link, to manage their subcontract procurement. Part of the reason they use C-Link is to help them find quality subcontractors (that’s you) for each package.
They upload project documents to the software, build the tender document, and issue it to our network of subcontractors. You inspect the project and, if you like it, you click to let the client know that you’re interested.
New opportunities with new clients
Prosper puts you in contact with small Developers and Main Contractors, companies that you wouldn’t have made contact with before.
Unlike lead generation platforms, we don’t regurgitate the same cold lead data drawn from planning portals. These platforms publish data without the prior knowledge or consent of the client developing the project.
With Prosper, the hot enquiries we provide are published to our network by the person looking to buy your service.

Signing up to Prosper is quick and easy. Use the Sign up form to create an account.
2. Complete your profile and prequal
Upload your prequalification docs (i.e Insurances, Health & Safety, Accreditations) and tell us more about your business and what you do.
3. Check out our live projects
Visit our live projects page to see what opportunities are available right now on our platform.
4. See a project you like?
Found a project that suits you? Simply use a token to unlock the project and start registering interest. To learn more about tokens, click here.
5. Register your interest
Register your interest in any package that looks like a good fit for you. Receive notifications – You’ll receive notifications once the client accepts your request.
6. Accept tender invitations
When a Main Contractor or Developer receives notification of When a client receives notification of your interest, they’ll add you to their procurement schedule. When they’re ready to send the enquiry, you’ll receive an email and you’ll be able to download the tender via the app.
7. Message clients through Prosper

8. Receive and sign agreements
You’ll be notified if your quote is successful and you will be able to download the order via our app.
